Well it’s certainly not christmas but I”m so into cookies these days .. go figure !
I was listening to a podcast the other day and the host mentioned Luisa Weiss the woman behind the well known food blog “the wednesday chef “.
I did some research and was blown away . Every year Luisa and her friend Maya make up to 20 different cookies in december and they just offer them to friends , neighbours and family ! I mean how genius is that ! Maya has cookie tins all over her house by the time she finishes baking !
Please check her cookbook , I received mine yesterday and it’s the highlight of the week

@P Happy to hear and this sounds like a lot of fun!I had my cookie period years ago when the kids were at home but these days cookies are not that high on my priority list, although I have developed some date/cookie/chocolate bars i am very happy with..
