Dragon fruit dessert

HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY!
An easy to put together dessert, if you get some dragon fruits; they are sold in Asian markets. Cut the fruit in half, scoop out some of the flesh, fill the cavity with your mom’s favorite frozen yogurt flavor (here strawberry), cut the fruit in small balls, add a few cut up strawberries (or some other fruit) and voilà!
“Heaven liveth at the feet of mothers” (Muhammad quote from the Koran)
“God could not be everywhere and therefore he made mothers”. (Jewish quote)

A great presentation idea. I find this fruit, stunning in appearance, so tasteless. With your idea it would give it just the push to make it fascinating. Happy Mothers Day

What a stunner of a dessert. Dragon fruit looks beautiful. I ate it only once, with my mother: she was visiting me and we got curious about this beautiful looking fruit. Unfortunately the specimen we tried was almost tasteless..

Bonne fête à toi aussi.
On trouve facilement le fruit du dragon ici. Je trouve que c’est un fruit très beau mais fade.
Merci pour cette proposition. Je note.
A très bientôt.
