Hummus in many versions

Tarator sauce is the key to making a hummus; well, this same tarator sauce is used on just about every vegetable imaginable, even on beans other than chickpeas. Squash, for instance, or pumpkin.

    I ddidn’t know you could make hummus with pumpkin – sounds like something I’ll be trying very soon, thank you ๐Ÿ™‚
    By the way Joumana, I tried making a Lebanese caramel with tahini & agave syrup, and I love it! Lately, that’s my treat for when I crave something sweet but healthy; I also add a little water to make it creamier – yum!
